It is not an official meteorological briefing, not a certified flight-planning system, and not a substitute for official METAR, TAF, SIGMET, AIRMET, NOTAM, Avmet, unit weather, ATC, or the regulations that apply to your flight.
You accept full responsibility for the safety of any aircraft, crew, payload, people, and property in connection with decisions you make. You will obtain current official weather and aeronautical information from authorized sources before flight. You will comply with the laws of the state in which you operate, including aviation, export, and privacy rules.
The service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. Model weather, maps, GNSS/jamming layers, and derived tables can be late, incomplete, or wrong. We do not warrant accuracy, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or that use will keep you legal or safe.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator of this site is not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, lost profits, or claims arising from use of the service, including aircraft damage or personal injury, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Third-party feeds (including Open-Meteo, NOAA AWC, OpenStreetMap, Esri imagery, GPSJam, and Nominatim) have their own terms. You will not scrape or resell those feeds through this site. Account data you submit (name, email, organization, phone) is used to operate the account and send verification mail.
No abuse of mail, no sharing accounts in violation of export or ITAR rules that apply to you, no attempting to break the service. We may suspend accounts.
Terms may be updated. Continued use after a posted change is acceptance of the new terms.
